A lovely little motel-style hosteria on the edge of the small village of Gualjaina, 30 minutes away from Piedra Parada and the canyons of the Chubut valley.

Activities

It is an excellent base from where nearby canyons, volcanic craters and remains of petrified forests can be visited. Excursions can be organised by the hosteria and they also have bicycles for hire.

Our comments

The area can either be visited on a day trip from Esquel or is an excellent overnight stop when travelling by road from Trelew to Esquel.
