Chiloé Island
From the Lake District it is a short ferry ride to the archipelago of Chiloé, composed of 30 islands with their brightly coloured wooden houses, many churches and rich mythology. Ferries, either from here or from the mainland, form the first link of the southern highway or Carretera Austral.

Well designed, the hostel receives plenty of natural light and is warm and welcoming. At the heart of the building is a homely open kitchen and breakfast area which opens out onto a small deck over the water.
Tierra Chiloé
