Torres del Paine

In the 1,630 square kilometres of the Torres del Paine, sheer granite walls rise up to heights of 8,000 feet, glaciers and a sea of ice stretch into the distance and turquoise lakes are constantly replenished by water from the Patagonian ice field. This stunning national park has a network of well-marked trails, and comfortable refuges, lodges and hotels.

Awasi Patagonia

Lodge/Hosteria - Torres del Paine (north)
An exclusive, luxury hotel in its own private reserve on the southern slopes of the Sierra Contreras mountains with views towards the Torres del Paine massif. Local wildlife such as guanacos, ñandues (rheas), foxes and condors are regularly seen amongst the surrounding trees (the occasional puma has been spotted as well).

Estancia/Ranch - Torres del Paine (east)
This traditional lodge is on a 90,000 hectare working sheep farm with 50,000 sheep about 45km from the Laguna Amarga (eastern) entrance to Torres del Paine national park. It has wonderful views of the Towers themselves.
Explora Patagonia

Lodge/Hosteria - Torres del Paine (central)
The iconic Explora Patagonia hotel, with its striking contemporary design, is stylish and comfortable and offers an inclusive package with full board and choice of excursions (called 'explorations' and shared with other guests). Its position, overlooking Lake Pehoé, gives stunning views of the Paine massif (the cuernos - horns) to one side and to the Salto Chico waterfall on the other. Their Ona spa building, reached along a boardwalk, has a heated pool, sauna, steam room, and several ourdoor hot tubs.
Hostería Lago Grey

Lodge/Hosteria - Torres del Paine (west)
At the western edge of the Torres del Paine national park, on the shores of Lago Grey with wonderful views across the lake to the Grey glacier where it descends from the southern ice cap. There is a large restaurant.
Hostería Las Torres

Lodge/Hosteria - Torres del Paine (central)
A comfortable hotel in the heart of the national park and the ideal base for hiking up to the famous Towers. There is a spa to ease those aches and pains, and an interesting interpetation centre where you can learn about the wildlife and landscape of the park.
Patagonia Camp

Lodge/Hosteria - Torres del Paine (south)
A very comfortable yurt camp on the shore of Lake del Toro, just south of the national park. There is a spacious dining/bar area, a good area to mingle with other guests. All rooms have views over the lake and towards the central Torres del Paine massif.
Tierra Patagonia

Lodge/Hosteria - Torres del Paine (east)
A unique and cleverly-designed hotel just outside the national park on the shores of Lake Sarmiento. There are stunning views towards the massif from all rooms, the pool and the public areas. The hotel has a restaurant and bar area, presentation room for guide briefings, and a spa with indoor swimming pool. All meals and excursions are included.
